The Latfor DataGrid (LDG) is one of the regional grids of the International Lattice DataGrid (ILDG), which aims at making gauge field configurations available to an international group of scientists using Grid technologies. DESY supports these activities in the framework of the SimLab by

• operating the VO Membership Service for ILDG
• operating services (storage elements, meta-data catalogue) for LDG
• contributing to the working groups for ILDG Middleware and Metadata
